Print-on-Demand Products
1. Appearance of merchandise
All products sold through our website using a “Print-on-demand” (POD) process, are manufactured using a third-party supplier. This means that each POD item is made only after an order is placed, and can differ from how they are displayed on our website. As a result:
- Slight Variations: There may be slight differences in color, print placement, and sizing due to the nature of the printing process and the various garment or product types.
- Product Mockups: Product images displayed on our website are digital mockups intended to give a visual representation of the final product. The actual product may vary slightly from the images due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the printing process.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products:
- Non-Refundable Items: We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy on our Policies page for more detail.
3. Intellectual Property
The designs, logos, and any artwork available on our products are either created by us or provided by customers. We respect intellectual property rights, and if you believe a product infringes on your copyright, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: As print-on-demand products are made to order, please allow additional processing time for your items to be produced before they are shipped. The estimated delivery time provided at checkout includes both production and shipping time.
- International Orders: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applicable in their country.
5. Product Care
To ensure the longevity of your printed products, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the product page. Failure to follow these instructions may result in faster wear and tear, for which we are not responsible.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we do our best to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, Fields of Revery, LLC cannot be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or from any issues related to shipping, production, or handling beyond our control.
