Microgreens Order Policy
All Microgreens are grown to order and may require a 2-3 week lead-time to fulfill from time of order or start of subscription. This is based current inventory or crops actively being grown (the crop plan or rotation) and our operating periods or cycles. Otherwise, limited quantities may be available from time to time at the end of the week, however this is not guaranteed.
Taxes may be applied based on the destination/delivery address, where required by state law.
Delivery Policy
This policy only applies to food or produce and select merchandise that is on-hand.
Delivery is only available in the general Charlotte, NC area, and is limited to or based on proximity to our farm and/or a qualifying zip code, and based on periods that the farm is in operation. A third party delivery service or fulfillment partner may be used and in some cases may require orders to be placed on their platform. Our ability to fulfill orders outside of our Local Delivery Area is determined on a case-by-case basis.
An order minimum and delivery fee may apply based on order type/method, amount/purchase, and/or distance to the farm. Order minimums and delivery fees can vary and do not include any applicable taxes or other charges. Fees may change at our discretion.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE on all orders of $20 or more within 5 miles of the Farm OR $30 or more within 10 miles of the Farm. Orders must be placed directly with Fields of Revery either by phone or our online Farm Stand. This does not apply to orders made on other platforms or with one of our delivery partners as they set their own requirements.
For all deliveries of perishable items: customer is responsible to have an adult present or a means of keeping the product cold (such as a cooler left on the porch) during the delivery window unless otherwise provided by the delivery service (this is determined in advance).

Minimum order of $15 within 18 miles.
All deliveries over 18 miles require a $50 order minimum and a $10 delivery fee.
Microgreens Subscription Policy
Minimum purchase required of $20 per delivery based on total amount of the products purchased (before any applicable taxes, excluding delivery fee).
Any changes to the subscription must be received no later than the Monday prior to the set delivery day. Cancellations or reductions in the subscription received after Monday may result in a fee. Swapping for a different variety or adding items to a subscription are based on availability and may require 10-14 days to adjust and fulfill.
Payment is due on the day of delivery and can be made via ACH or other methods such as credit card (3% convenience fee may apply)
Bi-weekly service is available, but excludes all discounts.
Blackout periods – while we strive to offer year-round service, we reserve the right to pause service and take periodic breaks for holidays, family needs and farm improvements. These dates are provided via email and social media in advance or as soon as reasonably possible.

Shipping Policy
We offer shipping of certain goods or products to the United States and Canada, based on the type of item(s) and the quantity and/or amount purchased. This includes various merchandise purchased from our Mercantile store.
We do not offer shipping of perishable items outside of our delivery area (such as items purchased or ordered at our Farm Stand store).
Most of our products have discounted shipping. However, our default shipping fee is $15 (within the US) or $20 (to Canada) for one item plus $5 for each additional item unless otherwise denoted in the table.

Partner Program Policy
Our Commercial or Reseller Partner Program offers weekly delivery on a set day based on a pre-determined order, with discounted rates and monthly invoicing, and ACH payment arrangements. To qualify for the program, a minimum order of $50 is required. A delivery fee may also apply based on distance.
