Please note, only select items are eligible for a refund and/or return. To be eligible, the item must be defective or damaged, or the item must be significantly different from what was ordered.
- Non-refundable items: Certain types of items are exempt from being refunded and/or returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, produce, flowers etc.), some health and personal care items, downloadable software products, gift cards, print-on-demand products, made or grown to order items, or personalized/customized items.
- Microgreens Satisfaction Guarantee: While perishable goods are a non-refundable item, If you are not completely satisfied with your Microgreens purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement, substitution, or store credit.
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an eligible item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
- For eligible returns, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace eligible items if they are defective or damaged, or if they qualify for our Microgreens Satisfaction Guarantee. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@fieldsofrevery.com to make the necessary arrangements. We reserve the right to substitute Microgreens for a similar variety in the event that the original item is not available.
