Refund and Returns Policy

At Fields of Revery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  Please contact us with any concerns, feedback or issues that need to be addressed.

Some states require businesses to accept returns if no policy is posted. This policy constitutes our official return terms.

Eligible Items

Please note, to be eligible for a replacement or a return and refund, the item must be defective, damaged or significantly incorrect (different from what was ordered – due to an internal error or mistake on our part) and must not be one of the non-refundable items listed below.

  • Non-refundable items: Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, replaced, exchanged and/or refunded, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, produce, flowers etc.), some health and personal care items, downloadable software products, and gift cards.

Microgreens Satisfaction Guarantee: While perishable goods as a whole are a non-refundable item, if you are not completely satisfied with your Microgreens purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement, substitution, or store credit.

Made to Order Goods or Print-on-Demand Apparel & Gifts: Due to the personalized nature of these items, replacements or refunds are only issued due to manufacturing defects, production errors, or shipping damage.

Reporting an Issue

  • If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim and provide the necessary detail.  Photos and/or video evidence of the issue may be required.  We will review the incident, and determine if the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your claim must be reviewed and approved per above.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • We must receive the item within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Refunds

  • For approved returns, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
